The main public counter on the first floor of Rocklin City Hall at 3970 Rocklin Rd, which offers planning and building services, will be closed the afternoon of Tuesday, Aug. 2, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. for staff training. 

All other City offices and departments will operate during normal business hours.
