City of Rocklin 125th Anniversary Celebration

Join us as we celebrate 125 years of Rocklin! This city-wide celebration will include live music, food trucks, historic displays, fun activities, a possible preview of Quarry Park Adventures and much more. This party will be one for the books!

125th Anniversary ‘Then and Now’ Art Contest

An art contest will be held involving local students from elementary to high school to depict scenes representing Rocklin’s past, present and future. Winning pieces will be displayed locally, possibly on street banners or on city-owned utility boxes. For more information on entering the contest, please contact City staff member Michael Young at


Community Celebration Parade

A community-focused parade will be held leading up to the Kiwanis sponsored Rocklin Community Celebration at Johnson-Springview Park on Saturday, May 12. Hot Chili and Cool Cars

The renowned Rocklin Area Chamber of Commerce event will include recognition of the City’s 125th Anniversary in addition to the chili cook-off and car show that have become part of Rocklin’s fabric.


‘Voices of the Past’ Cemetery Tour

The Rocklin Historical Society will provide a glimpse into the lives of historic Rocklin residents with an entertaining and educational tour of the cemetery featuring roles acted out by Society members.
