Tax Amount: Dependent on the original large lots from which a parcel was subdivided. The maximum tax for the service portion of the special tax has the ability to increase by 4% per year in order to compensate for inflation.

Expiration Date: Fiscal year 2024-2025 for the repayment of bonds.

The service portion of the special tax does not have an expiration date.
