The new “Modern Thai Cuisine” restaurant Royal Siam opened its doors in December 2016 at the Blue Oaks Marketplace at 6815 Lonetree Boulevard, Suite 105.  

Owner and Chef Wasuma (Nee) Johnson is from Khonburi, Thailand and perfected her personal cooking style over the past 25 years by drawing on a wide range of cultural culinary influences. She says her food is focused on four Thai flavors: sweet, sour, salty and spicy.

The restaurant is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and offers lunch specials on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
