The owners of House of Oliver Wine Bar in Roseville have opened a restaurant in Rocklin!  Pink Martini Bar and Bistro, located at 6692 Lonetree Boulevard in the Blue Oaks Town Center, is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, featuring brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. and daily happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. They also have late night happy hour.

Pink Martini hopes to build on excitement in Rocklin for more local food and beverage offerings and the bistro features a full menu with fresh food prepared daily. The American restaurant’s dishes include small plates, such as a prawn cocktail or chardonnay mussels, and main dish options with salads, sandwiches, a steak, and more.
