Curiosity about The Pastrami Shop at 3101 Sunset Boulevard has been high in Rocklin as the shop’s business sign has been up for the past few months but the doors not open. 

In late May, ownership welcomed their first customers for a soft opening featuring a limited menu of pastrami sandwiches. Owner Abe, who declined to give his last name, says he’s been in the sandwich business for approximately 30 years and previously owned and operated a Subway franchise. Abe is excited for The Pastrami Shop’s official grand opening on June 15, when he plans to introduce additional menu items and continue to build relationships with the community. Store hours are currently Monday-Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
