California cities must maintain a list of properties zoned to allow the development of housing for all income levels, including affordable housing.

The City of Rocklin formed a Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) Ad Hoc Committee in October 2018 to address these needs and a workshop detailing their efforts will be held at the City Planning Commission Meeting on Tuesday, April 16, at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall.
