Notice is hereby given that the City of Rocklin is beginning its annual planning for the 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year. Notice is also hereby given that the City is preparing its 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and an update to the Analysis of Fair Housing.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Rocklin Housing Division will hold three Community Needs Workshop and Discussions:

• Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at 8:30 am (Virtual)
• Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 5:30 pm (Virtual)
• Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 2:00 pm (In-Person) 

These community discussions will solicit public comments on local priority needs that will guide the preparation of the City of Rocklin’s 2025 Annual Action Plan and 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan. The City anticipates receiving approximately $285,000 in CDBG funding that will be available in 2025-2026.
