The City is soliciting input on the 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) which contains information on performance and program accomplishments during 2023-2024 CDBG program year. The report provides information regarding the City’s expenditure of federal CDBG funds, specifically addressing progress made by the City towards completion of public service activities and accessibility projects.

PUBLIC HEARING ON 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)

The City Council of the City of Rocklin will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Rocklin City Hall located at 3970 Rocklin Road, 95677 beginning at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 to consider the 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).

The 2023 CAPER will be available starting July 26, 2024.  Comments must be received by 4:00 pm on Friday, August 16, 2024. The Plan is available during normal business hours at the City’s Administration Building and on the City’s website www.rocklin.ca.us/community-development-block-grant
