Quick Resources Guide During Coronavirus Pandemic
POLICE AND FIRE
Rocklin Police and Fire service remains uninterrupted. Police and Fire front counter services are available by appointment only. Citizens are encouraged to file police reports online via rocklin.ca.us/online-crime-reports.
PARKS
Rocklin parks are open. Playgrounds are closed and public restrooms are locked until further notice. Please practice social distancing when visiting our parks. All programs are postponed.
SCHOOLS
All Rocklin schools are closed and classes are currently held online. RUSD Nutrition Services will continue to offer free meals to students. Pick-up and drive-thru available weekdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m at various school locations.

BUILDING AND PERMITTING
City plan check and permitting services are available by appointment only. A self certification process has been implemented for inspections. For more information, visit rocklin.ca.us/buildingservices.
UTILITIES
Water services from PCWA will continue uninterrupted. Public business lobbies are currently closed until further notice. For more information, visit pcwa.net.
Electricity will continue to be provided by PG&E. Service will not be interrupted by non- payment (flexible payment options are also available). Customer service offices are temporarily closed. For more information, visit pge.com.
Waste services from Recology will continue operation uninterrupted, with some adjustment to collection times. In-person Customer Service Facilities, Buy Back Centers, and Drop Off Services are temporarily closed to the public. For more information, visit recology.com.

SHELTER ASSISTANCE
Anyone requiring referral to an emergency shelter may access resources by calling the Homeless Resource Helpline at 1-833-3PLACER (833-375-2237).

FOOD AND OTHER ASSISTANCE
