California small businesses impacted by COVID-19 can apply for a portion of $500 million in state grants during the second round of applications:

Round 2 Opens: February 2, 2021 @ 8 AM PST
Round 2 Closes: February 8, 2021 @ 6PM PST

Selection Notifications: February 11 – 18, 2021

Funds would be awarded to selected intermediaries with established networks of Community Development Financial Institutions to distribute relief through grants of up to $25,000 to underserved micro and small businesses throughout the state. The state is working with the Sierra SBCD and the Norther California SBCD in the Placer area.
