CDBG Community Needs Workshop & Discussion
The City of Rocklin is beginning its annual planning for the 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year. Notice is also hereby given that the City is preparing its 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and an update to the Analysis of Fair Housing.
The City of Rocklin Housing Division will hold three Community Needs Workshop and Discussions:
Rocklin Tree Lighting
Quarry Park
Join us for the 17th annual Rocklin Tree Lighting Festival at beautiful Quarry Park! Come gather with us and enjoy a holiday market to support local crafters and artisans, tasty food trucks, live entertainment with local artists and troupes, a visit with Santa, and more! The event starts at 4pm with the tree lighting ceremony beginning at 7pm. We’re looking forward to seeing you there!

The Scout Troop 29 of Rocklin is so excited to bring back this Rocklin family tradition! Please join us for Breakfast with Santa, where you can enjoy a yummy breakfast and crafts for the kids. Have your family photo taken with our guest of honor, Santa Claus!
