Compliments & Commendations
Every day City employees interact with hundreds of residents, businesses and visitors in the course of their job. Employees may feel that they are “just doing their job”, but sometimes that interaction has such a positive impact, it prompts our citizens to send along a word of thanks.
Here are some highlights from letters we have recently received:
“I would have liked the rest of Rocklin to see the police/fire/ambulance personnel through my eyes. They would have been impressed and proud to be a resident of Rocklin, and see our public servants stepping up as I saw them. For those that don’t get the chance, or are too shaken to say “thanks for coming to my aid”, please accept my thanks.”
“Thank you for responding to my request and making it happen in a timely manner. Another reason to love living in Rocklin!”
- Resident on Terrace Drive, Rocklin.
“We are grateful to know that people of such character and caring, staff our fire department.”
“Everyone we encountered in our dealings with the City of Rocklin has been helpful, professional, pleasant, and above all, interested in our project.”
“I love you guys and thank the Lord for you!”
“Rocklin FD rocks!”
“…very appreciative of Lyle’s work and for going above and beyond to assist me.”
“I would like to commend you for a job well done from members of the Rocklin Fire Department. On 3-30-13, I responded to Rocklin Ranch Apartments regarding baby ducklings that had fallen in a storm drain.”
